Green space requirements, amenities, lot size, product types?

Pit bull terriers (AKA American Stafordshire or American Bull Terrier) are a product of extremely strong selection for specific traits.

I can't just paint over whats there now because the final product will look crappy, just like it looks now.So, the question became 'how to remove all that paint in the fastest time'?

Working is not spending 12 hours a day on Bigger Pockets, or convincing yourself you are productive because you get up at 5AM and go to bed at midnight, plotting your strategy.

It's one of my favorite and most productive avenues for finding leads.

They sell refurbished products from homes that were either redone or foreclosed.

This was an exploratory project for us as we tend to stick closer to the harbor neighborhoods but it worked out great and we are seeing an influx of young professional buyers willing to spend top-dollar on a high-end product.

@Frank SanchezThere is more things with ADA to deal with than just picking an ADA compliant product.  

Indiana has a company that specializes in selling a product teaching this. 

And remember...YOU will become the product of YOUR thoughts and beliefs...and nobody has any power over you that you haven't granted them!
