I have my heart set on rentals, preferably multi families.

C D class assets M2M.. my mobile home parks if someone causes trouble he gone..

I would prefer suggestions from someone who is currently using/or has used the recommended property manager.

Thanks for any insights on this guys... at this point, the whole virtual business realm is so new that it feels like keeping the cheapest office unit for now would be the wisest move... but that'll be another $3,000+ per year in expenses that we would prefer not to pay.

Roger Steciak actually as a semi-rigid asset class real estate does fine in an inflationary environment.

I prefer to hold, if I can, and I'll ask for a seller balance carry-back, but I think she wants the cash.
