How to narrow down the proper market
Hello all,
I am starting my real estate investing journey and have capital, some knowledge and a lot of drive. I am however having trouble finding information on markets around my area. I live just outside Detroit and would like to do all my investing (at least at the start) in the state of Michigan. I have my heart set on rentals, preferably multi families. I just don’t know the right place to find stats on things like employment, demographics, average income and family size of a certain market. What is a reliable place to gather this info?
