Oh, it was great when they sent them in on time to my post-office box, but I did not like going out to collect them.

You just need to find or be referred to a good loan officer..As for mortgage brokers, I don't prefer them, but there is a trade-off. 

I do have a bathroom door that is destroyed on the bottom in my office 10 feet from where I am sitting, right now.

Is there any commercial loan officers someone can recommend.
