Hi, I Will be doing a 1031, I just found a 6 Unit property and really interested in it. I understand that I will have to use a commercial loan. The property is under 600k and I will be putting down 198k from 1031. Is there any commercial loan officers someone can recommend. I have contacted a few but have been very disappointed in their service.
