I decided it was time to start networking and building up some useful contacts for when I get my first property.

As you continue to learn as much as possible, I recommend checking out the local meetups to network with likeminded folks.

Plus its introduced me to a lot of well off people. have a couple surgeons who follow my real estate adventures now and want to be cash investors. this car was just as much about networking as it was driving for fun. ironically its not landed me any girlfriends LOL@Jay Hinrichs you'd love the aftermarket exhaust on this thing.

Welcome to BP @George Deberry A good way to network here is set up "Keyword Alerts"  so when anyone mentions your keywords you get notified.

Building your network  will be key for your success, and hopefully bring you some off market deals.
