My wife and I recently purchased our first real estate investment property via 1031 exchange. Turned out we really enjoyed it and are now looking to buy our 2nd investment property. At first we were thinking this would be our side hustle, but now are wondering if this could be a full time gig, if not for both of us, at least my wife. 4 month goal is to close on a 2nd property, 2019 goal is to BRRR or flip another property. Looking to get involved and network with our local REA in and around the San Antonio area.
