One will be going to school for her masters and her schooling supposedly covers room and board.

This I estimate would be able to be fully updated cosmetically, with the addition of a master bath where currently there is a laundry and addition of mud room/ laundry off garage and one additional bedroom in basement.

The master deed clearly states that all utility lines are "common areas" however, and it makes zero sense for me to be paying to install pipes out in the property of the development.

I haven't quite mastered how to get better leads on the fixer uppers I find, so I keep going with the Craigslist ads. 

It isn't blue, that is just the filtering of the light.The master bedroom needs paint, a few ceiling tiles, and new closet doors.Bedroom number two also needs paint,ceiling tiles replaced, and closet doors.Bedroom number three appears to have been remodeled recently with drywall added and "peel-N-stick" floor tile.

Does anyone have experience with Tax Sale Auctions.Riverside and San Bernardino Counties have their auctions coming up.I am great at researching property, but lack the capital to make a big investment.I am looking for the smaller bid properties, so if I get stuck holding it for awhile, I will be ok.I think vacant land lots is where I am going to start.I appreciate any direct knowledge for those that have bid on Tax Sale properties.Thank youPatrickLicensed Private Investigator, Master Skip Tracer

I think you see a lot of the "masters" will up and move to their target market, or spend considerable time building a team in that market.

If you end up doing a master's degree there are degrees in real estate development.
