County Tax Sale Experience

Does anyone have experience with Tax Sale Auctions.

Riverside and San Bernardino Counties have their auctions coming up.

I am great at researching property, but lack the capital to make a big investment.

I am looking for the smaller bid properties, so if I get stuck holding it for awhile, I will be ok.

I think vacant land lots is where I am going to start.

I appreciate any direct knowledge for those that have bid on Tax Sale properties.
