How to find a land for sale online other than loopnet and how to get owners information to contact them directly without going through agent?

I have checked out your BP bio and website, and I appreciate the online presence.  

I have tried on-line with no success.

You can also do research online to determine population and job growth, it's a good sign if large companies are moving there.

However as I was searching on line I found a 14 unit complex for sale just 20mins from me.

On-Line banks or smaller banks?

Why not just get a current tax bill from the seller or look it up online?
