researching a market
How do I figure out if Parkersburg is a decent enough market for buy and hold? Im after cash flow and 5-7 year capital appreciation. I can buy Seller financed 3 properties for 12% Cash on Cash but I'm not sure of the area is dying or growing, what the business climate is etc.
