Rahway (Union County) is a good town and has a train station also, but not as walkable as other urban areas. - There's a few options there right now & Garfield in Bergen County has some options as well but you'll most likely need a vehicle for all these places as their more suburban.Let me know if you need anything else.

I am currently building one in the Inland Empire, Fontana, I was told numerous times sewer has to be on its own but after meeting with the city they allowed to tap into the existing house(at the main clean out) and that portion has already passed inspection.

We've gotten numerous EDP & CERA checks, 3 this week alone.It is NOT easy to get them though:1) Landlord can start the application, but tenants must complete it.2) We try to get the required docs from the tenants and they don't always cooperate3) Caseworkers are overworked and far behind.
