Hi BiggerPockets family, I’m Lionel I’ve been studying commercial real estate heavy.I’ve had modest success in digital marketing. I’ve also completed the CCIM class. I’ve found a private investor (Family member) not to sure where to start. I’m open to hear where and how to start. If we can connect let’s do it I’m  located in the Chicago south suburbs.
