Deciding My First Steps to Real Estate Development
Hi, I'm Jacob Davis and I am currently a senior in high school living in Dallas, TX. After many hours of research I have decided I want to pursue Commercial Real Estate Development. I am interested being involved in the whole process from start to finish, managing the whole project, to eventually starting my own Real Estate Development firm. I will be applying for colleges soon and have had trouble figuring out what degree would translate over to my success in starting Commercial Real Estate Development. The most popular degrees I have seen for this career are: Economics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Business Management (Please let me know if I missed other degrees). What degree is recommended for the goals that I have set in mind?
