(He apparently did not want the apartments as they were trashed, and plumbing pipes, lighting, etc. were all 'recycled' before the foreclosure.)So to access the storage units with how the property was developed  I need an easement on his property and he needs one on mine.Currently I am evicting him, asking the judge to have him assign his leases to me.

The court overturned stare decisis (established case law) to make their decision which they don't do lightly so this is actually a really big deal.

With the $27,000 difference you can begin investing in some interesting deals meeting your risk, time, and profit potential criteria.When put in this light how ridiculous is it that people will spend $38,000 for “mentoring” to “learn” one specific investing strategy that may not work for them, from someone who may not have successfully implemented the strategy himself or may have just been luckily if he had.
