Bartering with Rent!

Simple idea that will be interesting to see responses.

What have you bartered with tenants in lieu of rent?

I haven't done much outside of knocking off rent to redo flooring damaged by the water heater.  However one of my tenants has a crossfit gym and I've debated about striking a deal.  So I'm curious, what have you bartered?
