I thought I'd share a word of encouragement for those of us just starting out in the world of investing after receiving a very disappointing cakl from a real estate agent this morning.

I will normally listen to a podcast for about 30-45 minutes in the mornings while I am getting ready.I also insert a networking event into my calendar once per month in order to meet new people and investors in my area.
