I have looked into Fund and Grow for the business credit cards, but they don't have reps in Dallas that can come speak directly to the ladies.Can anyone kindly give suggestions for contacts at banks/credit unions that they like to use for low interest lines of credit & helocs and any contacts similar to Fund and Grow that are located in Dallas that can come talk to the ladies about receiving 0% interest rate business credit cards quickly without personal guarantee.

He offered 4.75%, someone else offered 4.2% with much lower fees.He did help me though, so after I close the property I'm going to send him an Amazon Gift Card to thank him for his time.

We have machines that are exclusively smartcard where each resident tops up their card using debit card on website or app, then they use an issued code to add that new balance back to their card using an onsite revalue machine.

I am pursuing a HELOC of $65,000 on my owner-occupied duplex and was wondering how this will affect my DTI ratio when applying for future mortgages.For normal consumer credit cards, the lender adds up the minimum payments and adds it to the debt portion of the DTI ratio.

It is ok to shop lenders, but don't let them all run your credit.Opening and closing credit cards can also take a hit to your credit score.
