Greetings all,

This introduction is overdue, but better late than never. My wife(Stacy) and I are starting in the world of REI. We currently reside in Riverview, FL (Tampa suburb) and we're both originally from Jacksonville, FL. We came upon BiggerPockets a month ago. We were following Morris Invest and were about to pull the trigger on his TK offerings when we discovered a video by BP member(@Marko Zlatic) discussing the house of cards with Clayton and his business. The video directed us to the BP forums where we learned what an enormous bullet we just dodged. We have spent the last month reading forums and blogs and attending every webinar offered to pick which strategy best suited our goals. We have decided buy and hold rentals is the primary vehicle we intend to use. Our long-term goals are to build generational wealth and leaving a legacy for our future grand kids while enjoying a life of financial freedom.

Thank you!!!
