Find out the price of materials,measure your roof area to be fixed and take 10% off and thats about what the roofer is paying for materials.If not cheaper(he will have left overs from other jobs he over estimates)That way you know how to negotiate with the roofer.You dont want to get ripped off but you dont want them to feel like you are trying to work them over and have them take your job and have to cut corners to make a profit off you.Which they will!
