Does anyone have a recommendation for a lender in Louisiana or outside of LA that is legit and can assist on this?  

With my learned knowledge of marketing application I will be acquiring the absolute best deals throughout the LA area and finding the best discounts on properties so that buyers can put the least amount of money down so that you can get a promising return on their investments.

At least someone should let google know to stop their 900,000 sqft expansion in LA before that whole going down hill thing happens here.
