According to areavibes that is. I think there are 88 LA communities overall.
Hollywood Hills #1 btw.
Here they are with ranking.
Studio City 2
Toluca Lake 3
Woodland Hills 7
Encino 12
Sherman Oaks would have probably been in there being between Studio and Encino physically but it gets lumped in with Van Nuys I think so no rating for S.O. available. Of course all of these get an F for cost of living and basically A's in all other categories, crime, amenities, education, jobs, weather etc..
