Hello everyone,I am starting with little to no knowledge about being a lender and a broker for private investing. 

I aim to apply my real estate knowledge to build a portfolio of rental properties, starting with single and multifamily homes and eventually expanding to apartments.Should I pursue a degree in financial planning or accounting to complement my minor?

Grateful for any insights to kickstart our journey into Texas multifamily real estate investing.

Maybe time for me to start selling and wait for the fear to arrive once again and pick up some more amazing opportunities.

I have not found a deal yet, I am trying to figure out how to fund the deal before I start looking. 

It's been a crash and burn learn process but I still started getting reservations within 2 months and a LTR that will be with me until next year. 

My real estate journey started two years ago when my parents passed and left me what was to be their unrealized retirement property.

Don't box yourself into a rate, but yeah, use the equity carefully and slowly if you don't have other savings to start your journey on other properties.
