Our investing goals include making our first deal, making more and more deals until we have a better understanding of what we are doing and then continuing to make deals until we have a net annual income of $100,000 or more.I have done a lot of reading and investigating but I will eagerly welcome any advice that I can get.

IF this were ever investigated, you would be swept up in it with no ability to claim ignorance.

Also, EA will require a lot more investigating.

I was investigating 3 different smaller town areas that have lower medium sales prices. 

Once things settle down for me I will investigate moving forward - until then I welcome anyone to pick up and run with something along these lines.

Another good thing about this site is that it provides the SQ FT for the bottom floor of the house (most houses in my area are single floor houses) and the tax information, so I do not have to do much investigation to determine the tax liability of a property.

I would recommend investigating the "corporate credit" angle.

After some further investigation, we found that Wells sold the loan to Citi on July 23rd (date on recorded doc).Now I'm unable to get title insurance because the underwriters are worried we won't be able to get clear title.
