Hi everyone,

Other than loopnet, is there any other national website to search for multifamily properties?

Regards.

    James,

I've found 2 units up to tens of units on Redfin.com. Basically, whatever apartment buildings they have on Loopnet, I can find them on Redfin.

Here is the difference that I saw. Loopnet typically has only 5+ units, no 2 to 4 units. Loopnet has listings of mixed-use buildings, industrial, office, etc, that Redfin doesn't have. Basically, Loopnet is specializing in commercial listings only while Redfin only has residential listings including 5+ units.

I'm not sure if realtor.com has commercial listings. I have never checked it out.

    Have fun researching and investigating.
