Now that you have an extra 20-25K still, you can continue to pursue other investments in yourself, real estate, or even other businesses depending on the path you want to take.I would say look for a property in a desirable area, has good rent potential, and doesn't require you to drive far to your school/job.So many more little adjustments you can make but the most important part is getting a property in your name, keeping as much cash to give you future options.If you want to talk further, shoot me a PM and we can do coffee or talk by phone.
