I'm new to the group and also investing.  

If so, you have a couple of options.You can join a local hard money lending group in your area.

At no time in the debate to allow this fee has anyone from the property management industry and their trade group, Community Association Institute (CAI), offered evidence of what these unreimbursed expenses were to warrant any fee let alone fees averaging $350+.

Hello Everyone I just wanted to say hello hope everyone is having a good week, if anyone in the Eugene Area or surrounding area has any information on any groups in the area that active I would love to hear from you.

Also be sure to check out the two REIA groups as well as the multiple meet up opportunities in the area. 

I'd love to chat with you sometime about your ambitions in real estate...On another note, if you're looking to meet other investors, I'd strongly recommend checking out local REIA groups.
