Can I do this and how?
I want to get loans from people that I pay them yearly interest on. Can I advertise for this? I was thinking it would be kind of like a CD with a 6%+ intrest rate. I am looking at trying to grow my business faster next year

To your company? No, you can't advertise bonds, good way to go to jail. :)
