Persistence is the key, and organizing yourself.  

A couple of thoughts to pass on here 1- as great as a giant buyers list is, I've found that having a few consistent buyers is very valuable (of course, I'm still building my list).

The experience is a very enjoyable yet educational tool for all and well worth the time/effort of organizing a game with like-minded individuals.

I always feel that an LLC always has a back door that can be circumvented and I be held liable for one reason or another.I will not be making my 1st investment for another 6 months which gives me time to organize.

It's amazing how much GIS data is available but organizing it into an easy to use system is quite the challenge.

It works like a giant credit card.
