However, I personally prefer to avoid any statement that can be misconstrued by the reader because the world is full of people with chips on their shoulder just waiting to be offended by something.

Prefer multi-family but will look at anything with a good cap rate.

I'd probably rather be in the game than on the sidelines as long as it's done with a value add.

@Adam I personally prefer single family homes over townhomes but i do have townhomes in my portfolio as well.From renting out perspective, i don't really thing it makes much difference.
