Looking to 1031x one of my properties and need help to find some buy and hold turnkey properties in Midwest markets. Looking for area advice and perhaps some of you investment focused realtors can get me on a 'drip' of MLS listings.

Hi Kyle,

One thing that might help you zoom in on a particular market is the 2018 North American Multifamily Forecast report from Marcus & Millichap. It has a nice chart of Cap Rate vs Appreciation for the larger US metros. Columbus is looking pretty attractive. http://www.marcusmillichap.com/research/researchreports/reports/2018/01/05/2018-us-multifamily-investment-forecast
