I haven’t been able to get a clear answer online.

The online course I passed to move on to taking the Florida state exam is set up so boring and information overloaded that I'm willing to pay for help via PayPal to pass the exam (Passed the Azure Tides course from Groupon).Is someone confident they can help me in an hour or two or three for like $35 an hour so I'd successfully pass it?

I have read some books and articles online but haven’t actually done anything with it yet.

I am going to my local real estate investors club in a few weeks and I have also read some books and a few online articles.

I commend you for taking that crucial first step, and that is reaching out on BiggerPockets and letting other experienced investors know you are in the real estate investing business.

There are several experienced tax experts here on the forum such as @Michael Plaks, @Nicholas Aiola and @Brandon Hall. 

I feel like the experienced guys would say that means we have to work harder to find good deals.
