CPA and RE Attorney in Bay Area, CA

Hi BP family, I am fan and avid reader of this forum. Did solo investments so far but now looking to grow and do partnerships. I am looking CPA and RE attorney in Bay Area in order to structure, plan my partnerships and tax knowledge. As BP community suggests look for a CPA or Attorney who is an RE investor.
