I just bought my house less than a month ago for 78K and it is in a great neighborhood so I know I could easily make a profit since it has already been appraised for 5K more than what I bought it for without me having fixed or changed anything.

Since, I’ve been bitten by the bug I’ve been devouring “Frank Gallinelli - What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow,” and all things BiggerPocKets in order to educate myself on the craft.

It doesn't change my position one bit, but I think you will hear some moaning and groaning a bit more than if you just had a family Park.

Hi John,SFR are not rent-controlled in San Francisco (and I believe in most if not all rent-controlled cities).You can do an owner move in eviction but this does not change the rental control status of a unit.

I'm committed to educating myself first as much as possible, and I'm hoping to get advice/comments prior to my first investment from the community (online and local) as I go thru this journey.
