Also we had a side bar and she explain to me how she want to stay and not lose her place but I told her that the property belongs too an out of state and investor and I'm just following company protocol and he wants her out.

Tell her to give her 30 day notice if she wants to move :)  If you really want to continue the conversation, you might tell her that asbestos is everywhere, including to some extent in the water she drinks depending on the water source.
