Is demolishing the property and dealing with city hall, zoning politics ano building inspectors appealing to you?

Did you politely express to your top pics that they could bid more if they wanted?

If you are confident in your ability to come up with a workable/financeable plan that meets the group's goals for location, cost and aesthetics and the local political/planning goals then you might be able to bring this to fruition. 

If you are highly leveraged then I hope you haven't personally guaranteed the loan because your corporation is likely to go bankrupt. 

I have a great background for not just real estate investing, but building and expanding a business into an empire, hailing from corporate strategy and public finance investment banking from an elite firm.

I am in the transition phase of moving from full time employment at a corporate job to working my property management company full time alongside my other real estate investments - I currently have two flips under contract.  

The house was a mess to be polite. 

After owning a rental property in the North Atlanta metro area for 3 years and doing  a restoration of our current residence, my wife and I realized we were both excited by the change that we brought about and saw this as an opportunity for "job satisfaction"  outside the corporate world. 

However, I'm finding that many of these homes are being purchased by Corporations with professional Registration Companies, which turn out to be from outside of the state and/or country. 

I had to retire early from corporate executive role due to health reasons.
