Something that people forget to include in the rent by the rooms agreement which causes a lot of issues is a detailed process for cleaning of the common areas.

Especially the part about choosing a specific lane, I feel like that's the most pressured part of the process; so taking the time to figure that part out is key and will assist me towards taking those actionable steps that I need to take.  

We do also have units in Naples/Ft Myers, Orlando, and South Florida as well as some even in coastal NJ.The biggest pain points are managing the whole process from cradle to grave and the best fix for that are competent employees.
