Are there specific ways to build trust or present the proposal that you’ve found particularly effective?

It’s a big leap going from military life to civvy life, and it sounds like you’ve got a solid game plan. 

Is the Turbo Tax software a reliable option for doing taxes that include real estate investments, out of state, personal?

I suppose it's a lot easier for me to say/do this because I operate 100% electronically, but even if someone only looks at the sheet for a few seconds to answer a question, then I think it's worthwhile to include them.

@Audrey Harrell if a wholesaler actually has a property at a good price and prsents it the proper way, they can advertise it alnost anywhere and buyers will find it!

New flooring, new appliance package, paint everything, new tile...in this property, we added a mudroom and a butler's panty with a sink by just redesigning what was there.
