Struggling with Airbnb Arbitrage: Need Advice on Convincing Landlords

Any suggestions or ideas to convince the landlords for arbitration proposal? I have been trying to get landlords on board with my Airbnb arbitrage proposal, but I keep facing rejection. 

I’m wondering if anyone here has had success with this model and could share some strategies that worked for them?
Are there specific ways to build trust or present the proposal that you’ve found particularly effective?
