The thrill of the unknown!!! Hello everyone, first off I want to say thank you to BiggerPockets and all of the podcast guests who have made an impression on me and educated me in so many ways. My name is Delmar, I have a lovely wife and 2 beautiful children under 3 years old. I recently separated from the military and pursued a career as an Avionics Electrician, I love what I do but want my time back so I can spend it with my family. We recently bought our second home and are attempting to rent by the room with our first house. The goal is to BRRRR 1-2 more properties with creative financing by December 2025, 15 months with little to no out of pocket. Then ultimately be able to leave my W-2 by December 2030. Looking forward to freedom.
