I'd say that there are reasons to leverage your personal life and any business environment, the trick is having a good foundation to build on and apply those functions or aspects which are appropriate, keeping with some simple rules and common sence.

That speaks to your ignorance in understanding that full employment requires a constant ability to interact, concentrate and function along with the inability of the observer to identify such issues.

Bagster's are a good idea, but I don't think they are really functional for real estate business use - find a good dumpster company and build a good rapport with them!

@Britt Abbey perhaps the dryer is not functioning properly and so has to be used 10x more than washer.

Also, an outdoor kitchen, propane fueled 4 burner unit with a bar, counter, mini coolers, grill etc...There are more, but you get the idea.Obviously I can put them all on Craigslist and sell them, but that would require me to go through the trouble of finding out the brand/model number, how much it was when new, if it's fully functional or not, and show it, negotiate etc...Are there other alternatives?
