Another tool that may help deter vandals when you have a vacancy. A Fake TV

Just got this a few days ago and was playing around with it last night. It's a small led light that mimics a television in a dark room. It also has a built in timer and light sensor so you can set it to come on in the dark for 4 or 8 hours. It works pretty well and it lights up the whole room when you're looking at it from outside. It ran me $15

The only thing I don't like about it is that it's not completely random. There is a pre-programmed lighting sequence. But I'm not sure if this is something I noticed because I knew to look for it. Just another idea for those vacant properties....
