If I can find property with positive cash flow numbers in NYC that's a bonus, but I am looking north of the city 2 hours right now as well.I am very excited and I think Bigger Pockets has been a great educational resource so far.

The added bonus is you'll be working with contractors and vendors and building those contacts and relationships that set you up for properties down the road

@Tom Jones - Salaried, hourly with guaranteed hours, commission, bonus, overtime, and/or if a mix what's the approximate percentage?
