The answers are clear.1- Burn all registered Democrat Men at the stake They are socialistic **** and we are best rid of them2- Burn all registered Republican Men at the stake, twice.

I feel constrained with the rules surrounding the 1031 exchanges and saw people burned in 2008 from these rules-but that is just me.
