Okay here is an update on the inspection.I did not pass the inspection they said the following needs to be corrected.1.The storm door closed too fast,it needs to be slower(ah)2.the laundry sink was dripping(which it was not) the handle was a little forward.3.the brand new hardwood floors has some dust on it(from people walking with their shoes on) needs to be cleaned4.2 outlets were not working(which was my mistake) because i didn't check all of them.5.the dryer vent had a small slit so have to put in a new one.6. the steps from the kitchen to the backyard had handrail only on one side.it needs to be on both sides.so i corrected these errors.hopefully next time around i would be more careful.wish me luck.i want to make sure they will return the house to me in the same shape.is it true if the tenants mess up the place, section 8 would cover the cost of repairs?
