Hello! I am a brand new member located in the St. Louis area. I am new to the real estate investing scene but have been researching the topic for almost a year now. I am about 3  months away from purchasing my first "Buy and Hold" property and have two sites I am looking at currently. Looking forward from engaging and learning from this community.
