I am trying to rent a property in Baltimore,MD to a section 8 client.I am trying to figure out what all needs to be included in the contract to cover my base as a landlord. If someone can give me tips or a sample lease agreement that would be great. Thanks for all your help.

Hi @Russell Brazil. I wouldn't know for sure about the City because they have a few rental law nuances that differ from Baltimore County. My rentals are in the County and the Housing Office did not require a specific/standard lease. I just used the lease I have that reflects Maryland/Baltimore County laws.
