Hi @Catie Lawrence, I'd recommend asking your RE attorney or title company of choice if they can provide you with the RPCDisc (Residential Property Condition Disclosure OR Disclaimer), LBP (Lead Based Paint Disclosure) form, and the gov' pamphlet usually called "Protecting Your Family from LBP".  

I currently own my duplex in my name but i am looking to move it into an LLC in the near future. i spoke with my current insurance company and they don't cover commercial only residential.
