Best Property Management Software

Starting a property management company with large commercial investor - mostly commercial properties with a handful of residential. Thinking of using appfolio. All the reviews are good with the exception of the Yelp reviews which are horrible. Although the yelp reviews are significantly less than the others, now I'm questioning my decision. Quick suggestions?

Thank you @Gray Hall and @Chad Hale I feel better about sticking w AppFolio now. We have 1 apartment building , 1 single family, and 15 commercial properties. I’ve done the on boarding and think we’ll be set.
