Where’s the best affordable markets in the US?

I would love to hear your perspective on other advantages afforded to real estate investors versus someone who invests 100% in stocks and bonds.  

The Fair housing Act is a federal law that gives you everything that you need to stay profitable in your rentals, make affordable housing, and give people a leg-up who need it most. 

If you are unsure of cost talk to your command financial specialist to prove you can afford it.It'll pay off on the backend.

Get some credit cards, even store cards and make some payments on time and once your score goes over 650 or 700, you'll be borrowing at a much more affordable rate.Glad you're in such good financial shape.  

The stock market fell like a rock today and this is just the beginning the rents for anyone's tenants are out of control but when the market corrects who will be able to afford such rents, lower the rents the larger the market for quality people.

Look at Watervliet, Cohoes, Green Island (away from the water front) for cheap taxes and affordable homes and (if you’re lucky) Colonie for affordable taxes but a price in the 200’s.
